The company was founded on August 24, 2020, and is an operating entity with a board of directors whose corporate governance responsibilities are similar to that of a Delaware corporation, as defined in our LLC Agreement. We are a diversified holding company organized to invest, acquire and manage micro to middle-market businesses headquartered in the United States.

The Company's success is based on a simple course of strategies: We seek to find and make disciplined investments in deeply undervalued companies, public and private. We employ an activist strategy and will often become actively involved in the companies we target, to bring sorely needed financial discipline and a back-to-basics approach. This may involve a broad range of strategies, including acquiring a minority or controlling interest, or outright ownership and exercising continuous board oversight, focused on the creation - not just the identification - of long-term value.

PPCM shall assemble a team, which has a mix of professionals with investment, legal, accounting and operational experience, to source and execute our activist strategy and exert a solutions-oriented approach to achieve better performance. Our company's culture emphasizes hard work, accountability, thoroughness, creativity and tenacity.
